“No Next of Kin” Veterans Ceremony

A burial ceremony honoring Veterans who have No Next of Kin, or those whose families are all out of state and no one is present for the burial.

The ceremony is held at Sarasota National Cemetery on the 2nd Wednesday of every month, at 9 am, . Wives, friends and neighbors, councilmembers are all invited to come to this patriotic ceremony to honor those buried without next of kin. It is not a religious ceremony. Everyone is invited.
